The company uses Pro / E, UG, anycast and other three-dimensional software for 3D design and casting simulation, uses AutoCAD, CAXA and other software for process tooling design and development, and uses CAXA company's drawing documents for electronic drawing management. Electronic data exchange can be realized with customers.

The company adopts flexible machining unit composed of machining centers for machining. There are 38 horizontal machining centers in Japan (including 18 worktables 800mm * 800mm and 20 worktables 630mm * 630mm), and 1 Mazak turning center. There are more than 40 vertical machining centers.
